Our company started out as CET Energy SA, an electricity trading company.
Electricity trading runs on data, speed and reliable processes — and that is where we first put AI to work. Along the way, we saw a growing demand from businesses for AI assistants, AI agents and the services needed to make them work in practice.
To meet that demand, we founded TekAI as a new brand, focused entirely on developing AI assistants and AI agents and delivering the services around them.

Honesty about AI
We tell you what agents can do today — and what they cannot. Not every process should be automated, and not every problem needs a model. Where automation doesn't pay off, we say so before you spend money, not after. Where it does, we commit to numbers: resolution rates, quality bars, cost per task. Our clients don't buy magic; they buy a working system with known limits. That honesty is why they stay.
Craft
Agents are production software, and we treat them that way. Every agent we ship has versioning, tests, monitoring and a rollback path. Prompts are engineered and evaluated, not guessed. Integrations follow least-privilege principles and are logged end to end. We would rather deliver one agent that runs for years than ten demos that die after the pilot — and our engineering standards are set up to make exactly that trade.
Partnership
An agent changes how a team works, so we never deliver over the fence. We design guardrails and escalation paths together with the people who own the process, train them to supervise and steer the agent, and stay accountable through managed operations long after go-live. Your team keeps the knowledge, the control and the audit trail. We measure our success by one thing: whether the process owner would fight to keep the agent.
